High Performance Prints

Let's start with the all new one inch, 180 nozzles per channel, Piezo print head with ink repelling coating that's now standard on all DTG Viper garment printers. This provides superior reliability and long term durability that other machines just can't match.

WIMS (White Ink Management System)

Another breakthrough is the WIMS white ink technology. The WIMS system finally offers a manageable white ink production process that delivers superior detail, vibrancy and a level of consistency unheard of in other direct to garment printers.

Along with the WIMS re-circulation of ink via a pressurized peristaltic pump system the DTG Viper incorporates a constant pressurized ink delivery system for colored inks as well.

Viper Conveyer Pallet System

The DTG garment pallet system is truly unique on the DTG VIPER and prints two garments at a time using it's built in auto registration. The micro servo motor driven conveyor system produces perfect dot registration accurate to 0.017mm.

WIMS (White Ink Management System)

With the patent pending White ink Management System, head clogging and maintenance downtime is reduced considerably.
By re-circulating ink via a pressurized peristaltic pump system coupled with pressure release filters and dampers your white ink is ready to print when you are. We have reduced the maintenance and downtime currently seen in the industry making the DTG-VIPER the best all-round white ink print system in the world market today. The DTG-WIMS is the final answer to white ink prints.

Latest generation print head technology

The DTG Viper uses an all new 8 channel Piezo print head with ink repelling coating and utilizes a constant re-circulation and pressurization ink system. It's capable of handling 8 colors in either dual CMYK or 4 channels of white plus CMYK. The Vipers one inch wide, high performance print head has 180 nozzles per channel and has an adjustable pressure manifold coupled with a pressure release damper/filter throughout the entire ink path. With less clogging and ink starvation the DTG Viper delivers superior prints with outstanding color vibrancy.

High Performance Prints

Utilizing our latest high performance Piezo print head technology, the DTG VIPER is among the fastest direct to garment printers in the industry. With an average print speed at 360 x 720 dpi, one pass printing to light colored textiles will generate up to 70 prints (10’’x 12’’) per hour. (Dark garments needing white ink will require higher saturation of 1440x720dpi)

Viper Conveyer Pallet System

The DTG garment pallet system is truly unique on the DTG VIPER and prints two garments at a time as standard with our specialty pallet assembly and auto registration built in. Simply drag and drop your designs from most file formats into our DTG RIP templates. Your artwork is easily positioned with pinpoint registration and achieved via a unique conveyor garment loading system. The micro servo motor driven conveyor system produces perfect dot registration accurate to 0.017mm.

APCP (Active Print Head Collision Protection)

By Incorporating precision culminated light beam detection sensors, anything getting in the way of the print path is automatically detected and the active drive system will drop the pallet while printing ensuring that head strikes are drastically reduced while still maintaining your prints.

PEP (Positioning Encoder Protection)

A low noise, high performance axial fan is mounted and sealed in a position so that ink mist is trapped prior to settling over encoder strips. Most machines suction ink mist over these vital parts where as the DTG VIPER encapsulates the misting and overspray in a sealed compartment which is easily extracted before it gets in the road!!

In order to ensure vibrant color correct prints, the DTG Viper utilizes advanced wash fast pigmented inks and color enhancing RIPs that allow you to use less ink by laying down the right amount of ink and exactly where you want it, it’s simple. Auto Registration and Flexibility

With the DTG VIPER you can load garments that will auto register for perfect white and color prints time and again.
